Optum – Nevada showcases its 45-foot Medicine on the Move Mobile Medical Center<\/i><\/p>\n

LAS VEGAS<\/span>, Oct. 8, 2025<\/span> \/PRNewswire\/ —\u00a0The 11th<\/sup> annual Aging Wellness Expo, Nevada’s largest interactive gathering for active adults, powered by the Las Vegas Review-Journal and presented by Optum –\u00a0Nevada, heads\u00a0to the newly\u00a0renovated Pavilion Ballroom at Rio Hotel and Casino on Saturday, Oct. 18, 2025, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Over 70 exhibitors will be present at the event, offering a wide range of services in healthcare, home improvement, retirement planning, beauty and wellness, and prevention screenings. Expo goers\u00a0arriving\u00a0at the event’s start can\u00a0enjoy a complimentary coffee and pastry station\u00a0provided\u00a0by Intermountain\u00a0Health\u00a0and\u00a0Select Health.\u00a0Comprehensive\u00a0Cancer Centers\u00a0serve\u00a0healthy juices\u00a0and\u00a0snack samplings in the afternoon.<\/p>\n

Attendees\u00a0will\u00a0have\u00a0the\u00a0opportunity\u00a0to\u00a0tour\u00a0Optum – Nevada’s\u00a0impressive\u00a0Medicine on\u00a0the\u00a0Move,\u00a0a\u00a045-foot, state-of-the-art mobile medical center featuring two exam rooms, a laboratory for urinalysis and blood tests,\u00a0a digital\u00a0mammography\u00a0unit, and\u00a0a comfortable lobby.\u00a0The mobile medical\u00a0center is\u00a0equipped with\u00a0a wheelchair lift, restroom, heating, and air conditioning, and travels throughout the state to expand access to care.\u00a0While at\u00a0the event,\u00a0patients\u00a0can schedule a wellness\u00a0visit\u00a0with Medicine\u00a0on the Move;\u00a0walk-ins\u00a0are also welcome.<\/p>\n

Inside the Optum Experience <\/i>exhibit, guests can learn about Optum and Southwest Medical’s care offerings for every healthcare need. Three interactive stations will showcase Optum and Southwest Medical’s adult medicine and specialty care services, as well as urgent care and community centers.
