Winners to be announced at SCOPE 2026 in Orlando<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n

NEW YORK<\/span><\/span>, Sept. 18, 2025<\/span><\/span> \/PRNewswire\/ —\u00a0Patient Enrollment Advisors<\/a><\/b>, in collaboration with Cambridge Healthtech Institute<\/b>, announces that the 10th Annual Participant Engagement Award<\/i> is now open for submissions. The deadline to enter is October 31, 2025<\/span>. The finalists will present on stage, and a winner will be announced at the<\/b> Summit for Clinical Operation Executives (SCOPE) on February 2, 2026<\/span>, in Orlando, Florida<\/span>.<\/p>\n

The competition welcomes submissions from across the entire life science ecosystem\u2014 including sponsors, contract research organizations, research sites, agencies, patient advocacy groups, and start-ups. Entries will be evaluated based on creativity, innovation, regulatory compliance, and impact on trial access and participation. Finalists will be invited to present their work live on stage at the SCOPE Summit.<\/p>\n

The Participant Engagement Award recognizes outstanding innovation and creativity in communication strategies for clinical trials, emphasizing programs that successfully recruit, engage, and retain study participants. Established in memory of Jerry Matczak<\/span>, who received the inaugural award, this honor continues to be inspired by his passion for patient engagement.<\/p>\n
